Refund Policy

Magic of Science operates a strict no-refund policy for all bookings, payments, and services to ensure smooth operations, material preparation, and event scheduling. This policy applies to all science workshops, events, school collaborations, and online bookings made through magicofscience.in.

No Refunds Issued

  • Once payment is made for a workshop, event, or service, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including changes in plans, cancellations by the customer, or no-shows.
  • This includes advance payments, full payments, or deposits for individual bookings, group events, or school programs.
  • All sales and bookings are final upon confirmation.

Cancellations by Customer

  • Customers may cancel bookings, but no refunds or credits will be issued.
  • For rescheduling requests (where feasible), we may accommodate subject to availability, but this does not entitle you to a refund or fee waiver.
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of the event) or no-shows forfeit all payments without exception.

Cancellations by Magic of Science

  • In rare cases of cancellation by us (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances like trainer illness, extreme weather, or force majeure), we will offer a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, we may provide a credit note for a future workshop of equal value, valid for 6 months. No cash refunds will be issued.

Payment and Booking Process

  • All payments are processed securely via our website or authorized gateways and are non-reversible.
  • Prices include materials, travel, and facilitation costs, which are incurred upfront.
  • By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Exceptions (None)

  • There are no exceptions to this policy, including for personal reasons, emergencies, or dissatisfaction with the service.
